This particular project was done in the middle of fabricating the large cabin project. While we were in the throws of production, the client said “I want to add a couple things to my project, can I show it to you”. A few days later, we were on a plane to go see what was needed… After getting the crew started with fabricating for the day in Tampa FL, we drove over to the airport and flew up to see the project in Western NC. Walking the cabin, looking at a few areas, there was this loft nook where he said, “I need some custom barn doors to match the T&G ceiling in a rustic cabin feel”. So we took some notes, flew back home in the afternoon where I re-joined the crew in fabrication in Tampa. Later that evening we sketched up a drawing, next day showed it to the client, got approval and then immediately put it right into the fabrication process along with everything else. No change order, no long wait time, but everything came right on time all together. — elevated customer experience, custom work delivered
